ABOUT OUR MENU

The Mediterranean Region spans throughout countries on the Mediterranean Sea. If your geography isn't crash hot, that's everything on the coast from Spain along to the Middle East. 

Our menu pays homage the share-style eating, spices and cooking methods of this region. With such great produce in the Shoalhaven, applying this cuisine to our area was an easy fit. We hope you enjoy.
